

Implementation for Rhenus Delivery Services
Rhenus Delivery Services is part of an international group that is one of the leading providers of global logistics services. The company specializes in comprehensive delivery of furniture, electronics and household appliances to final recipients throughout Polish. Regardless of the type of goods – furniture, mattresses, large sports equipment, household appliances or electronics – Rhenus Delivery Services carries out deliveries on behalf of brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce platforms and manufacturers.
Project scope
In 2019, Rhenus Delivery Services decided to implement the Time Harmony system to improve the management of the working time of its employees. The implementation covered 70 people, including both warehouse and office employees. The key element of the implementation was the Working Time Registration (T&A) module, which enabled precise monitoring of attendance and automation of processes related to working time records.
SCOPE OF IMPLEMENTATION
Thanks to Time Harmony, Rhenus was able to take advantage of a number of functionalities supporting work time management:
- Time and attendance – employees use the system to register entry and exit from work, which allows for ongoing monitoring of the time spent at the workplace.
- Worksheet Scheduling – HR and executives have the ability to create and customize work schedules to meet the operational needs of the business.
- Handling leave requests and absences – employees can submit leave requests and report other absences electronically, which improves their acceptance and absence management.
INTEGRATION WITH HR AND PAYROLL PROCESSES
One of the key aspects of the implementation was the use of data from the Time Harmony system as components for calculating salaries. Rhenus downloads the working time data files and forwards them to the HR department, which allows for fast and accurate processing of payroll information. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to take into account changes in work schedules, absenteeism or overtime on an ongoing basis, which allows for precise calculation of salaries and additional components, such as bonuses or allowances for night work. This process minimizes the risk of errors resulting from manual data entry and allows for more efficient settlement of working time.
Close connection with HR and payroll processes has significantly increased the efficiency and automation of activities in the area of personnel management.
