Our Client - Raben Logistics Polska, is one of the largest logistics companies in Poland, part of an international Group operating in 15 European countries, providing warehousing, domestic and international transport, sea and air freight forwarding and intermodal transport.
Project scope
The purpose of implementing of the Time Harmony Activity Records module for the client was to comprehensively measure warehouse processes, which allowed for precise monitoring and analysis of individual stages of work in the warehouse. This has made it possible to track employee performance in detail, identify key areas for optimization, and better manage resources.
In addition, the module made it possible to measure the profitability of VAS (Value Added Services) orders, i.e. additional services such as packaging, labeling or packaging of products. The analysis of the data provided by the system made it possible to assess which of these activities generate the greatest value for the client, and which require modification to increase profitability.
IMPROVING EFFICIENCY AND ANALYZING THE PROFITABILITY OF ORDERS
The implementation of the Time Harmony Activity Records module significantly improved the efficiency of warehouse processes, while providing the management with key information necessary to make accurate and data-based business decisions. This solution allowed for a higher level of control over processes and better use of available resources.
The most important benefits of implementing the module include:
- Indication of process efficiency against assumptions – the system allows you to compare actual operational results with the adopted plans and standards, which allows you to identify deviations on an ongoing basis and take corrective actions
- Improved efficiency thanks to dynamic information about the team's pace of work – data displayed on a dedicated dashboard in real time allows you to monitor the group's efficiency, which motivates employees and improves team management.
- Order completion time prediction – the module allows you to precisely determine the time of order completion, assuming that the current pace of work is maintained, which supports effective planning of subsequent operations and schedule management
- Calculation of the profitability of individual orders – the system enables a detailed analysis of the profitability of orders based on cost estimation (including labor costs) and estimated revenue. This makes it easy for the company to identify the most profitable activities and make strategic decisions about its value-added service offerings.

Additional functionalities in this implementation
As part of this implementation, data on the process was displayed on a dedicated, publicly available dashboard in real time, providing detailed information about the current efficiency of the group, such as the pace of work, the number of tasks performed or the level of achievement of the assumed goals. This allowed managers to immediately respond to any deviations from the plan, identify potential downtime and allocate resources in the most efficient way.
What's more, the transparency of the data had a motivating effect on employees, because they saw the results of their work and the contribution to achieving the team's goals. At the same time, the data presented on the dashboards was anonymized and available only to the employee and their leader, which ensured comfort and privacy protection. Not only did access to detailed information about your own performance promote greater engagement, but it also improved productivity, ultimately leading to less overtime. As a result, the organization was able to better manage human resources and optimize operating costs.
An additional advantage of this functionality was the ability to precisely determine the time of order completion, assuming that the current pace of work is maintained. Cooperation with Raben Polska as part of this implementation included a temporary project aimed at measuring warehouse processes and estimating the profitability of VAS orders.
The project was implemented as planned, and its effects were appreciated by those responsible for implementation. The system was appreciated for its flexibility, transparency, intuitive operation and easy access to key information on warehouse processes.

The system has met our expectations in terms of obtaining often complex information in our preferred layout, giving us the ability to process the data to any extent. The program is characterized by flexibility, so together with a representative of the P2P2 company, we were able to extract information about the processes that interested us the most. P2P2 employees showed great professionalism and technical knowledge. After the implementation was completed, the system was covered by service care and author's supervision.
