Implementation for Swedeponic Polska
Our client is the largest Polish company dealing with hydroponic cultivation of fresh herbs. In addition to potted herbs, Swedeponic Polska also offers cut herbs and an absolute novelty - micro leaves, also known as "Super Foods". The company is part of the Spisa Group, which is growing rapidly and currently has greenhouses in several European countries, m.in. the Czech Republic, England, Sweden and Portugal.
Project scope
The purpose of implementing the Activity Records module for the customer was to create an effective system for reporting production processes. A key element of the project was to monitor and document the harvest of a wide range of potted herbs, which improved management and transparency in operational processes.
EFFICIENT PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
In the Activity Records module, we have defined key parameters in such a way that people managing the production process have the ability to monitor and analyze data on an ongoing basis. This ensures full control over the efficiency of work and the quality of products. The system allows you to receive detailed information in real time about:
- number of items of goods meeting the assumed quality standards – provides data on the compliance of products with the expected production standards and assumptions.
- the number of pieces of goods that do not meet quality standards – allows you to quickly identify production problems and take corrective actions (quick planting of herbs).
- the type of defects of goods and the reasons for product rejection – precise data on the most common defects allow for effective analysis of causes and implementation of preventive measures.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
The data provided by the system provides information on employee productivity, which is a key element of work planning. They enable effective assignment of tasks and even distribution of the workload in the team. In this context, the system provided managers with information on:
- the amount of herbs collected by individual employees – this allows for precise tracking of individual results and identification of the most effective team members.
- pace of work – allows for the assessment of efficiency in the context of production standards and requirements, which supports process optimization.
Data on the quantity and quality of goods is also an invaluable support in order processing. With the ability to monitor the number of products harvested, production managers know how many herbs still need to be harvested or planted to meet customer demands. This approach minimizes the risk of delays and ensures maximum compliance with deadlines and order specifications.
A system defined in this way ensures full transparency of production, supports data-driven decision-making and allows for continuous improvement of processes in order to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.
Additional customization of the system for the needs of the project
An additional innovative solution used in this implementation is the integration of the functionality of the Time Harmony system with a hand disinfectant device. As a result, it is possible to start work only after registering the start of the shift and carrying out the mandatory hand disinfection process. Such an approach not only increases occupational health and safety, which is particularly important in industries requiring high sanitary standards, but also ensures full control over compliance with procedures. The combination of both systems is a practical and effective solution that supports both the organization of work and the care for the health of employees and the quality of products.

Our cooperation with Swedeponic Polska began in 2018 and has been successfully continued to this day, which proves mutual trust and the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
Thanks to the data provided by our system, people responsible for production gained not only detailed but also immediate knowledge about the course of the entire production process. This information allows for ongoing monitoring of key stages of production, identification of potential irregularities and quick management decisions. The result is not only greater control over processes, but also an increase in their efficiency and better quality of final products.

The Time Harmony system implemented in our company in 2017 provided detailed knowledge about the course of production processes and the pace of order execution. It is a valuable tool that provides information that we use in our daily work to carry out current production and plan further production. The use of P2P2 devices integrated with turnstiles allows for additional control of hand disinfection, improving the process that is so important in the catering industry.
