Implementation for Otrębusy Bakery & Confictionery
Our client Bakery - Confectionery Otrębusy is a Polish, family company with over 30 years of tradition, the foundation of which is passion, craftsmanship and continuous development. Over the years, the small production plant, run by a few people, has developed into a modern enterprise with more than 200 employees. The company cares about preserving traditional recipes and high quality products, while introducing modern technologies and innovative solutions. The AK Confectionery Bakery is a combination of experience and modernity, thanks to which it has been appreciated by customers for years, providing them with fresh, aromatic pastries and confectionery.
Project scope
Bakery – Confectionery Otrębusy, dynamically developing its sales network, faced the challenge of effective recording of working time in many locations. Traditional methods such as paper attendance lists and Excel tables have proven insufficient, making it difficult to centralize data and automate HR and payroll processes. The company was looking for a modern solution that would improve the management of working time records in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code.
SOLUTION
In response to the needs of the Otrębusy Bakery – Confectionery, we have implemented an advanced working time and attendance (T&A) module as part of the Time Harmony operating system. The project included:
- Installation of RFID readers in production plants and stationary stores
- Implementation of RFID cards for employees to register entry and exit from work
- Integration of the system with HR and payroll software, enabling automatic data loading.
RESULTS
Thanks to the implementation of the Time Harmony RCP system, Piekarnia – Cukiernia Otrębusy has gained:
- Automate timesheets by eliminating manual attendance lists
- Centralize data, making it easier to manage employees across locations
- Full settlement of working time, including overtime
- Streamlining HR and payroll processes by directly transferring data to the HR system
- Compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code, ensuring full transparency and control over employees' working time
The next step - the employee application on a personal device
After the successful implementation of the T&A Time Harmony system in the Otrębusy bakery-confectionery, the next stage of digitization of HR processes will be to provide employees with the My Time Harmony mobile application. Thanks to it, each employee will be able to conveniently register the start and end of work, check their schedule and submit leave requests directly from their own smartphone. In addition, the module will provide access to working time statistics, information on used leaves and available leave limits, which will increase transparency and allow employees to better plan their free time. We are on the verge of implementing this functionality as part of the Time Harmony system and making it available to bakery employees, which will significantly improve the management of working time and HR processes in the company.
Cooperation
Our cooperation with the Otrębusy Bakery-Confectionery has been ongoing since 2018, which proves mutual trust and the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. Over the years, the system has been gradually developed and adapted to the dynamic needs of the company, supporting both the area of time and attendance and human resources management. We are constantly expanding the scope of our cooperation, gradually increasing the number of points of sale where our system is available. This proves that Time Harmony really supports the development of the bakery, optimizing key processes and increasing the efficiency of personnel management.
