Project scope
One of the key challenges faced by the agency was to ensure efficient supervision of workers posted to different locations. Managing a large number of people in multiple locations at the same time required remote control of working time, elimination of manual records and automation of reporting processes. The solution was the implementation of the Time Harmony system, which significantly increased the efficiency of managing temporary workers.

Thanks to Time Harmony, Grupa Progres has gained the ability to monitor the working time of its temporary employees without the need to be physically present at their places of employment. The advanced T&A (Working Time Registration) module enables ongoing attendance control, registration of entries and exits, and analysis of the activity of employees.
Importantly, access to data is possible from anywhere, which makes it much easier to manage the team and allows for a quick response to any irregularities.
