Our client, Dr. Max Polska, is one of the most recognizable franchise pharmacy chains in the country. The company belongs to the international holding Dr. Max – a leader in the pharmaceutical market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It offers a wide range of medicines, dermocosmetics and other preparations that meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
Project scope
The purpose of implementing the Time Harmony Activity Records module was to optimize operational processes and improve the efficiency of human resources management. In a fast-paced warehouse environment, it was crucial to obtain accurate workflow data and implement a system that would allow the organization to respond quickly to its current needs.

Thanks to the implementation of the Time Harmony system, we gained full insight into the course of operational processes, which allowed us to precisely identify areas for improvement.

Thanks to a detailed analysis of data on working time and the effectiveness of individual activities, it was possible to identify areas where there were unnecessary manual operations or repetitive activities that were not integrated with the warehouse process management system. Reducing these activities allowed for improved workflow, allowing the team to focus on high-priority activities such as goods receiving, scanning, order picking, and shipping.
Optimization of work based on data from the system enabled not only to improve efficiency, but also to increase the accuracy of warehouse operations, which had a direct impact on shortening lead times and reducing the risk of errors. As a result, minimizing the time spent on non-system activities translated into better work organization, higher employee engagement and greater efficiency of the entire warehouse process.

We started working with Dr.Max Lekomat in March 2024, and the effects of the implementation of the Time Harmony system were so fast and positive that after a short time it was possible to notice a significant improvement in work organization and operational efficiency. Thanks to precise data analysis and process optimization, the system contributed to increasing employee engagement, shortening the time of task completion and improving the accuracy of operations.
